Meet Our Team

Perez & Caballero's attorneys offer over 50 years of combined legal experience. Our attorneys' prior work experience and success in litigating catastrophic injury cases has allowed us to secure justice for our clients.

Welcome to Perez & Caballero, A Professional Corporation.

At Perez & Caballero, we only represent people, not corporations. We guide our clients through the legal process against insurance companies, municipal entities and various corporations whose employees or insured have negligently caused our clients harm. Many of these entities engage in litigation tactics that are geared towards avoiding responsibility for their actions. Our experience and resources focus on clarifying the legal process and letting our clients know that the laws of the Country and the State of California, allow for the vindication of wrongs. We zealously advocate for our clients and do not allow them to be bullied by the system or corporate entities.

Why Choose Perez & Caballero To Win Your Case?

We have successfully tried cases against many private and municipal defendants. In those instances, where a defendant owns up to their reponsibility, we help our client in obtaining a fair settlement for their injuries. Unfortunately, few defendants are willing to accept responsibility for their wrongdoing. Accordingly, in cases where a defendant hurts our client or kills their loved one and denies responsibility, we rely on the jury system for justice. We believe that 12 people from the community can see through these defendants' efforts and hold them responsible for violating safety rules which cause catastrophic injuries to our clients.

Seventh Amendment

The Seventh Amendment of the United States Constitution gives everyone the right to a jury trial in civil matters. The Seventh Amendment, in the Bill of Rights, states that, "[I]n suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law." This Amendment allows people whose rights are violated to hold the violators of those rights accountable civilly as our system of laws prohibits revenge.
